Auroville Village Action network Self help Groups conducted awareness to and 400 women of “Addiction is a treatable disease “and available resourses.

 

 

Auroville Village Action network Men Groups conducted awareness on Addiction and the way out 100 men participated.

 

FEBRUARY 2011

Poster Competition was conducted at Mar Gregorious college and St.Thomas college Visual Communication Students participated in designing Poster against Alcohol  and Drug Abuse and Evaluated by Padmashree Thotta Tharrani   certificates and Prize distribution was done with Lioness Club of KK nagar Golden Gems contributed the event.

 

Madras School of Social Work conducted Two days work shop for Healthy Life Style for Psychologists and our Project Director attended.

 

MARCH 2011

 

We conducted Awareness programs in Schools for children from sixth to tenth standards

co-ordinated  with Land Mark Education the theme is “CATCH THEM YOUNG” at two Schools one at Kotturpuram and One at Nandhanam Boys High School.

 

 

 

 

 

Work Shop for Counselors were conducted at CONCERN jointly with CSIM “Effective Counseling” for two days by the expertise Dr.Kalyani Sounderajan Form Sai Sahara counseling and healing clinic.

 

Mr.K.Subramani attended an NGO meet conducted by FPA at Hotel Aditya on 30 th march and hand bills were distributed
